Nigeria shipping rules
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We ship from Accra, Ghana to all locations across Nigeria.
Shipping Methods
DHL Express
We use DHL Express for direct delivery from Accra to Nigeria.
Delivery time is 2–7 business days with door-to-door service and full tracking provided. DHL assists with customs clearance, however import duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the customer upon delivery.
GIG Logistics
For selected orders, we may use GIG Logistics as part of our cross-border delivery process from Ghana to Nigeria and for final delivery within Nigeria after customs clearance.
Delivery may involve two stages:
- Shipment from Accra to Nigeria via consolidated or freight partner network
- Final last-mile delivery within Nigeria using GIG Logistics
Delivery time is typically 4–10 business days depending on customs clearance and location. Tracking is provided once the parcel enters the GIG Logistics network in Nigeria. This method is generally used for bulk, wholesale, or consolidated shipments.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All shipments entering Nigeria are subject to customs inspection. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees required by Nigerian authorities. These charges are not included at checkout unless stated otherwise.
